PayD Terms of Use

1. Accept the terms
By accessing or using PayD (the application and payd.vn), you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using PayD.
2. Services & subjects
PayD provides payment solutions and related features (e.g., transaction management, connecting payment partners). You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age according to law, and have full civil legal capacity to use the services.
3. Account, KYC, and Security
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to perform identification/KYC when required by law regulations.
You are responsible for keeping your login information, devices, and any activities arising from your account secure.
We may suspend/close your account if we detect signs of violation, fraud, requests from authorities, or for system safety reasons.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: violate the law; money laundering, financing terrorism, fraud; intrude, disrupt the system; distribute malware; impersonate; use the service for improper purposes; infringe on intellectual property rights; or any acts that affect the safety - integrity of the system and other users.
5. Fees and Taxes
Some features may incur fees according to the rates published at different times in the application/website. You are responsible for declaring and paying tax obligations as required by law (if any).
6. Service Availability
PayD may perform maintenance or resolve unexpected issues. We strive to maintain stable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Exclusions and Limitations of Liability
PayD provides services 'as is' and 'as available'. To the extent permitted by law, PayD is not liable for indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, or loss of data/profit arising from the use or inability to use the service. Liability (if any) is limited to a reasonable extent under applicable law.
Copyright, termination, and dispute resolution
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, interfaces, content, and software are the property of PayD or the licensor. It is not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer without written consent.
9. Termination
You may stop using at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate the terms or for safety/compliance reasons. Some obligations will continue to be in effect after termination (e.g., payment obligations, legal).
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith; if unsuccessful, the parties may refer to the competent authority in Vietnam as provided by law.
11. Amendments to Terms
We may update the Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted at payd.vn/terms and/or in the app.
